STRATEGIC INTELLIGENCE

Leaders need special skills. This leadership devlopment experience, based on the work of globally recognised leadership expert Dr. Michael Maccoby, will show leaders the most effective ways to:

  • Create, enhance, or restore trust with a sceptical workforce
  • Operate beyone financial goals to include organisational contributions to a better future
  • Inspire, motivate, and lead a diverce workforce
  • Select and work with partners who complement leaders strengths

Strategic Intelligence is a system of leadership qualities that exists in a leadership team.

 

These qualities are interrelated so that they modify and strengthen each other when they are aligned. Leaders’ philosophy and personality intelligence influence how each quality is expressed.

These abilities are employed by leaders to create a line of strategic questioning:

  • What is likely to happen that will mean new threats, opportunities, and demands?
  • What should I do about:
    • Designing products and services that will gain and retain customers and an organisation that can create and distribute these offerings?

    • Building an effective team of people who share my philosophy and purpose, with qualities that complement mine?

    • Motivating and empowering the organisation to achieve great results?

Programme Objectives

This leadership development experience is intended for leaders at a Senior level within organisations (its content, however, is applicable at all levels of leadership and can be adapted to fit the approriate level) . It is supported by a kit of participant materials that become invaluable post-course references as leaders continue their journey and develop the skills necessary to:

  • Create, communicate, and implement a compelling strategy and vision that go beyond financial goals to include organisational contributions to a better future
  • Create, enhance, or restore trust with a sceptical workforce
  • Inspire, motivate, and lead a diverse workforce

Who can deliver the Programme?

The Personal Strengths team of facilitators can deliver the programme for you.

Organisations with experienced SDI facilitators can work with Personal Strengths to develop their own facilitators to become authorised LEADERS WE NEED programme facilitators.

If your organisation is new to Relationship Awareness and would eventually like your own facilitators to deliver this programme – we can first of all work with your facilitators to qualify them in delivery of SDI – when they have some experience in SDI delivery we can develop them to become authorised LEADERS WE NEED programme facilitators.
